The conference will include display areas for companies and organizations to exhibit products and services used in the lead hazard control, lead poisoning prevention and Healthy Homes fields. The display areas are situated in the foyer adjacent to the meeting rooms (see floor plan). Each display area is 10 feet along the wall and includes a 6-foot table and chairs. Displays can be either free-standing or tabletop. The cost of a display is $850. Displays will be set up from 7:00 to 9 00 a.m. Thursday, October 14 and can be removed after 1:00 p.m. on Friday, October 15. All coffee and soda breaks will be held in the display area as well as the Thursday reception from 5:00 to 6:30 p.m. and the Friday continental breakfast from 7:45 to 9:00 a.m. If you are interested in having a display, contact Steve Weil at 301.924.0804, or click here to use the contact form.
