This pre-conference program will be held from 1:00 to 4:30 p.m. The registration fee for the program is only $35 ($95 for persons not registered for the conference). Use the appropriate space on the Registration Form to indicate that you will be attending the preconference program. This program will cover the following RRP Rule issues:
• Overview of the RRP Rule and recent and pending changes to the Rule
• State adaptations of the Rule
• Strategies for promoting and enforcing the Rule
• Clarifying technical aspects of the rule and “trouble shooting” problems encountered with implementing the provisions of the Rule
